The location is marvellous and magnificent and really close to the historical centre of Naples and THE shopping street and the historic center. They have Hearing Accessible rooms with a great bed as well as a painted ceiling and care about everyone. A special thanks to super-friendly and fairly friendly staff.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location is very convenient. The staff were as helpful as employees can possibly be.
I did not like the fact that there was no lighting on the very dark steep stairwell at night.The staff were as helpful as they were able during a an electrical cut-off at the hotel. Torches and candles were not made available, so it was rather daunting and the courtyard was extremely dark as well. The front door had to be left open as it was electrically operated .

Ideal and lovely hotel. Staff is always affable. Spacious, fairly quiet room with a very comfy bed. Clean bathrooms with bathtubs. Good location for the price, next to the center of Napoli and the Centro Storico.

Immaculately clean hotel. Really enjoyed being very close to the center of Napoli, Spaccanapoli, the historic center, and the Centro Storico thanks to the perfect location. the staff were very helpful and extremely helpful. the double room was quiet and newly renovated with a great bed.

Superb location in the vibrant heart of Naples, surrounded by lively restaurants and shops. Attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Basic amenities, but the rooms were cozy with a comfortable bed and a clean environment.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.
